After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund or replacement.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
